I have forgotten or
did not receive by login information.
If you are
unable to log in, please contact
Technical Support. Your call will be taken by
Cinema Solutions Customer Support, who will then be able to
email you your account login information. If your
information is not in the system, your inquiry will be
forwarded to the CBG business department.
I placed an
order through the system but have not received the goods
yet.
Please contact the supplier directly. The
supplier's contact information can be found at the top of
the order form you used to place the order. It is
important to remember that while CBG negotiates with the
suppliers, your orders and the customer service regarding
your order are handled directly by the supplier. When
contacting the supplier, please have your purchase order
number available to give to the customer service agent.
Also, please mention that your order was placed using the
CBG Purchasing System.
I mailed in my CBG Membership
Application but have not heard anything.
If you have
already mailed in your application but have not received any
correspondence, including your account login information,
please contact the CBG Business
Office. It is important to contact the business
office first, as opposed to the technical support
department, due to the fact that all applications which are
received are at the business office.
